Just wrapped up a week at PARKROYAL in Clayton. The view from our room was stunning, and the location in M-City made shopping super easy. Sure, the TV casting didn’t work, but we spent most of our time out exploring. Definitely coming back!

Parking access was a hassle. the boom gates were problematic, and it took way too long to get in and out due to a finicky QR code. After a long international flight, the late checkout promise was undermined by persistent wake-up calls from housekeeping, despite being assured I could stay until noon. a mini-bar devoid of even a bottle of water felt like a missed opportunity.

The room was spacious and very clean, making me feel at home during my visit. The bed was soft with plenty of pillows, perfect for a restful night. I appreciated the stunning view from my room that made the experience better. the breakfast options impressed me, especially a hearty 'Big Breakfast' that started my day right.
The hotel's location is quite far from main attractions, making it difficult to access places quickly.

Super comfy stay!
I spent 3 nights in a spacious Superior King Room. The bed felt like a cloud! Also enjoyed in-room bfast. the fresh fruit was a nice touch. The only thing was the lack of a microwave, which made heating snacks annoying. Staff were friendly and super helpful, made the stay even better!
